Where a product is identified using an OEM number, manufacturer part number or compatible heater model, customers should verify that the selected product is appropriate for their intended application.
If you are uncertain about compatibility, please contact Diesel Air Heaters before placing your order. We may request information such as the heater model, serial information, OEM/part number, vehicle information or photographs to assist with product identification.
Any compatibility assistance provided by Diesel Air Heaters is based on the information supplied by the customer and does not replace verification by a qualified technician or installer where such verification is appropriate.
SECTION 3 - INSTALLATION AND TECHNICAL INFORMATION
Vehicle heating systems, fuel-operated heaters and related components may require professional installation, diagnosis, configuration or servicing.
Products must be installed, operated and maintained in accordance with applicable manufacturer instructions, technical documentation, safety requirements and applicable laws or regulations.
Where professional installation is required or reasonably appropriate, customers are responsible for ensuring that installation or servicing is performed by a suitably qualified person.
Technical information, guides, specifications, troubleshooting information, compatibility information and other educational content provided through our Services are intended to assist customers and professionals.
Such information does not replace manufacturer documentation, professional diagnosis, qualified installation or applicable safety requirements.
Diesel Air Heaters is not responsible for damage resulting from incorrect installation, unauthorized modification, incorrect voltage connection, improper fuel connection, misuse or operation contrary to manufacturer instructions, except to the extent liability cannot legally be excluded.
SECTION 4 - ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase.
Diesel Air Heaters reserves the right to accept or decline an order, subject to applicable law. Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance or otherwise process the order as accepted.
We must receive and successfully process payment before an order can be completed.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it, particularly the heater model, voltage, OEM/part number, quantity, delivery address and other product specifications.
If we cannot accept an order, or if an order needs to be changed or cancelled, we will attempt to contact you using the email address, billing information or telephone number supplied with the order.
Purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
Diesel Air Heaters supplies both individual customers and professional customers.
Commercial, B2B, wholesale and resale purchases are permitted unless otherwise stated.
B2B, wholesale, special-order, made-to-order or specially sourced products may be subject to additional or separately agreed commercial conditions, including minimum quantities, payment terms, cancellation conditions and return conditions, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
We reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities where we reasonably believe an order involves fraud, unauthorized resale, sanctions restrictions, export restrictions, payment risk or other unlawful activity.
SECTION 5 - PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts and promotions may change without notice.
The price charged for a product will normally be the price displayed at the time the order is placed, subject to correction of obvious pricing or technical errors as permitted by applicable law.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, displayed product prices do not include shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST payable upon import, customs clearance charges, brokerage fees or other destination-country charges.
Available shipping charges and applicable taxes collected by us, where relevant, will be displayed during checkout.
Customers agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase, payment and account information.
You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided for your purchase.
Where an obvious pricing, currency, product-description or technical error occurs, we reserve the right to correct the error and, where permitted by applicable law, contact you regarding the order or cancel and refund the affected order.
SECTION 6 - SHIPPING, CUSTOMS AND DELIVERY
Shipping and delivery are subject to our Shipping Policy.
Delivery times displayed or communicated through the Services are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
International shipments may experience delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, customs clearance procedures, weather, local regulations or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, customs clearance charges, brokerage fees or other charges imposed by the destination country or local authorities.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping charge and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Customers are responsible for checking applicable import requirements and restrictions in their destination country before ordering.
Customers are also responsible for providing accurate information reasonably required for shipping and customs clearance.
Diesel Air Heaters does not control charges imposed by customs authorities and cannot guarantee the amount of any customs duty, tax or other charge that may be assessed.
Risk of loss and legal responsibility for delivery will be determined in accordance with the applicable law and the shipping terms applicable to the order. Nothing in these Terms is intended to transfer risk to a consumer earlier than permitted by mandatory consumer law.
SECTION 7 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.
Customers should contact Diesel Air Heaters before returning a product.
Products that have been installed, operated, electrically connected, connected to a fuel system, modified or otherwise used beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the product may not qualify for a standard change-of-mind return or may be subject to a reduction in refund value, subject to applicable law.
This does not affect statutory rights relating to defective, damaged, misdescribed, incorrectly supplied or otherwise non-conforming products.
If the correct product was supplied according to the order but the customer selected an incorrect heater model, voltage, OEM/part number or other specification, the return may be treated as a customer-requested return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.
SECTION 8 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Our Services, including text, graphics, photographs, videos, design elements, website content, original branding and other materials created or licensed for use by Diesel Air Heaters, may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Certain manufacturer names, trademarks, logos, product names, product photographs, technical documentation and other materials displayed through the Services may belong to their respective owners.
Webasto, Eberspächer and other manufacturer or brand names referenced on our Services are trademarks or intellectual property of their respective owners.
Reference to a manufacturer, brand, product model or OEM/part number is used for product identification, compatibility, description or informational purposes where appropriate and does not by itself imply ownership of that trademark or an affiliation, authorization or endorsement beyond any relationship that actually exists.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish or commercially exploit protected content owned by Diesel Air Heaters without prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.
Shopify's name, logo, product and service names, designs and slogans are trademarks of Shopify. All other trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

Diesel Air Heaters is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Diesel Air Heaters.
By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Diesel Air Heaters, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services.
You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Diesel Air Heaters, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Diesel Air Heaters is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation, unauthorized modification, incorrect electrical connection, incorrect fuel connection, misuse, failure to follow manufacturer instructions or use of an incompatible product, except where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law, including any mandatory consumer protection rights.
SECTION 20 - INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Diesel Air Heaters, Shopify and their respective affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors and service providers from third-party claims, losses or liabilities arising from your material breach of these Terms, violation of applicable law or infringement of third-party rights.

Where Diesel Air Heaters is operated by a business established in Türkiye, these Terms will generally be governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without depriving consumers in other jurisdictions of mandatory protections that apply to them under applicable law.
Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts and authorities determined by applicable law.
Nothing in this section limits a consumer's right to bring proceedings in another jurisdiction where such a right is provided by mandatory law.

Products offered through Diesel Air Heaters may be subject to export controls, import restrictions, sanctions, customs regulations or other trade restrictions.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their purchase, importation and intended use of products complies with applicable laws in the destination country.
We reserve the right to decline, suspend or cancel an order where completing the transaction or shipment would violate applicable sanctions, export controls, customs restrictions or other legal requirements.
Any cancellation under this section will be handled in accordance with applicable law and applicable payment/refund requirements.
